On the approval of Design Development Work Stage 3 the project will precede into Tender Documents Stage 4.
This stage will start immediately after submitting the project documents to the Authorities under the Building Permitting system. We will start to prepare the detail drawings, specifcations and BOQ (without quantities) according to the client/architect requirements.
