Concept Design and Architectural Description
Project Location The Tripoli Towers Complex is located in the bustling heart of Tripoli, Libya. This project is a significant addition to the city's skyline, covering a site area of approximately 22,920 square meters. Its strategic location in the city center makes it a vital hub for business and commerce.
Design Concept The conceptual design of the Tripoli Towers Complex integrates modern architectural elements with Libyan cultural aspects. The design aims to create a comprehensive environment that combines comfort, safety, and multifunctionality, enhancing the project's value as a prominent urban landmark.
Architectural Description The Tripoli Towers Complex consists of several towers of varying heights, with the main tower reaching a height of 240 meters. Each tower features a unique architectural design that reflects both modernity and tradition. The complex includes office spaces, hotels, residential units, as well as commercial and recreational facilities.

1. Basement Levels:
-Basement Level 3 (B3): Serves as a parking area with ample space to accommodate a large number of vehicles, ensuring sufficient parking for all users, along with technical service areas and storage.
-Basement Level 2 (B2): Contains storage facilities and general services, as well as some necessary technical amenities.
-Basement Level 1 (B1): Houses technical service areas, storage, and some commercial facilities that support the building’s needs.
2. Ground Floor (G):

-Third to Twenty-Second Floors (3-22): These floors include additional office spaces, offering flexibility in space distribution to meet tenants' needs.
-Twenty-Third to Thirty-Fifth Floors (23-35): Feature luxury residential units and hotel rooms, each with modern interior designs focused on comfort and elegance.
4. Top Floors (36-42):
